April 2025 HealthTech Updates

Check out the new Vibrant Wellness Provider Ordering Portal updates for April 2025!

Finally, a Billing System That Feels Easy: eZ-Bill

eZ-Bill consolidates lab tests, services, programs, and other billable items into a single billing workflow within the portal. Providers can set custom prices, manage patient charges, and track revenue directly in one place. All billing actions are completed within the portal, eliminating the need for external tools or manual coordination.

Manage Lab Prices with Vibrant Product

Vibrant Product allows providers to set custom pricing for lab tests ordered through Vibrant. Prices can be adjusted globally or modified during individual orders to fit the needs of the practice.
This feature gives providers control over lab test charges within the eZ-Bill workflow, helping them maintain consistent pricing and simplify billing operations.

Providers cannot adjust retail prices on lab tests in New York, New Jersey, California, or Rhode Island. Other eZ-Bill features are not affected.

Manage All Patient Charges with Practice Product[Beta]

Practice Product enables providers to charge for custom items such as supplements, protocols, programs, skincare products, and other practice-controlled billables directly within eZ-Bill. These charges can be added to patient orders and are consolidated with lab test fees into a single bill.

This feature simplifies billing by eliminating the need for separate invoices or third-party systems. All payments are managed in one platform, reducing administrative tasks and allowing practices to streamline workflows, lower overhead, and focus more on patient care.

Automatic Statements Make Reporting Easier

Automatic Statement Summary Setting Illustration

Automatic Statements offer customizable financial reporting by delivering receipts as individual transactions or consolidated summaries. Users can choose weekly or monthly delivery, with statements sent directly to the inbox.

Weekly statements are delivered every Sunday, and monthly summaries are sent on the 1st of each month at 8:00 AM UTC. Practice administrators receive reporting across all providers, making it easier to monitor activity and maintain organized records.

Manage Revenue with the Wallet

A centralized credit management system for providers and practice administrators. Users can apply available credits to future orders or request direct payouts to a linked bank account.

Practice administrators have full control over credit usage through configurable Default Payout Settings, allowing them to determine whether providers can retain or withdraw revenue. Providers retain access to credits issued through refunds, rewards, or deposits, supporting greater visibility and flexibility in financial operations.

Whether managing individual test orders or overseeing practice-wide financial activity, the Wallet enables transparent, streamlined, and efficient credit handling within the platform.

The Most Comprehensive Hormone Test Is Ready to Order

The Hormone Zoomer is now available to order in the portal. This test delivers actionable insights into hormone balance, toxic burden, and oxidative stress to help providers support energy, metabolism, mood, and overall well-being.
  • 27 Adrenal Hormones
  • 38 Sex Hormones
  • 13 Endocrine Disruptors
  • 2 Bone Degradation Markers
  • 1 Oxidative Stress Marker

Redraws, Rebuilt: Smarter, Simpler, Split

TNP REdraw Illustration

When a TNP (test not performed) issue occurs, providers can manage redraws manually or enable automatic redraws in their Settings & Preferences.

Redraws are processed separately for blood and non-blood kits. If both are included in one order, each type is handled on its own timeline once all related samples are processed.

By default, Manual Advanced Redraw is enabled, allowing providers to request redraws from the Patients tab or Patient Lab Profile. If other pending samples also result in TNPs, they’ll be added automatically to the same redraw. Providers can also update the delivery method when placing a manual request.

With Automatic Redraw, kits and notifications are sent automatically using the original order’s delivery details. No action is required unless users want to be notified when redraws are initiated. This setting can be applied at the individual or practice level.

New Shareable Questionnaire Links

Providers can now manually share questionnaire links with patients by opening the questionnaire from the Test Reports tab and copying the URL. Patients can access their questionnaire by entering their first name, last name, and date of birth to verify their identity.

A generic questionnaire link is also available, which requires patients to verify using their accession ID.

In addition, providers can configure automatic questionnaire reminder defaults in their settings. By default, patients will receive a reminder email from Vibrant every 3 days until the questionnaire is completed.
