New Features

Revenue Enhancement System

Users can now generate additional revenue for patient-pay orders by adding a retail fee to lab tests in the portal. A retail fee is created when a retail price is set for patients above the provider wholesale price. Additionally, users can add a consultation fee directly to the same bill patients pay for testing. Fees can be adjusted by a percentage or a fixed amount in global settings or on a case-by-case basis. Consultation Fee names can be customized in settings. 

Manage Revenue With the New Wallet

The new wallet feature simplifies revenue management, enabling users to efficiently allocate credits to future orders or deposit them directly into their bank accounts. Practice Admins can specify revenue usage permissions.

Automatically Manage Redraws

Automatic Redraw Setting Illustration

Providers no longer need to initiate redraw orders. Automatic Redraw automates the process of dispatching kits and sending notifications when a TNP (test not performed) issue is detected. This feature can be activated at the practice or individual level through Settings & Preferences under General Preferences. Providers can opt to receive notifications when an automatic redraw is initiated.

AI Report Explanations

This AI feature leverages the patient's data to present the most relevant insights from the Education Center. It provides an organized overview of patient information, key findings, potential health implications, risks, and recommended next steps. Based on research and data from clinical and lab teams, this feature helps users save time and make informed decisions efficiently.
 
On the test report tab, users can select the AI icon next to the personalized reports to view a written report overview generated by AI.

General Updates

Default Placeholder Billing & Notification Emails

A user's primary email address is used for notification and billing emails by default unless a different email is specified in the Billing Email and Notification Email sections of the Practice Details settings. Placeholder text will now display the user's primary email address in these boxes to clarify the default behavior.

Candida + IBS Panel Improvement

Total Immunoglobulins can now be added to the Candida+ IBS panel for free
