Orders
Express Order for Newly Added Providers
By entering a provider's National Provider Identifier (NPI) when they are added to a practice, Practice Admins can instantly place orders without waiting for the Provider to set up their account. Even without a Provider's full registration, Practice Admins can manage their orders long-term.
Sales Tax Automatically Applied to Physical Product Orders
Sales tax will automatically be applied to orders that contain physical products such as NutriProz or Regenere. The tax applied will be dependent on the ordering provider’s office address.
Test Menu Changes
To improve the user experience of the ordering menu some tests have moved or changed names to match the corresponding test names on our website. The search bar in the Order Test section can be used to locate tests.

Redraw Results Notification
Providers can now receive a new email notification when redraw results are ready if they have the "Notify Me When-Test results are ready" setting turned on in their Notification Preferences.

Personalized Reports
Personalized Reports give users the flexibility to maximize efficiency in any clinical setting or workflow. With three customizable report options for each test: summary, Interpretation, and Full Report, users can choose the level of detail included in reports, from only the most important information to everything available.

Personalized Reports Improvements
A new share button is now available directly in the report viewer.
For easier organization, downloaded reports will now be downloaded as PatientLastName.PatientFirstName.AccessionID.
Default Service Date Filter Removed
Users no longer need to remove the default service date filter in the Patients tab to see all historical orders.
Increased Visibility for Missing Questionnaires
In addition to a new Patients Tab filter criteria, users can identify orders blocked due to a missing questionnaire in three places:
- The Updates Section of the Dashboard
- An issue flag is attached to the Patient Profile Summary
- From the Complete Patient Profile

Hormone Questionnaire Added to Missing Questionnaire Identification
Users now have the ability to remind patients to complete missing hormone questionnaires automatically with the "Notify Patient When Questionnaires have not been completed" setting. Missing hormone questionnaires can also be identified with the missing questionnaire issue type filter and issue flags found in the Patients tab.
Easier Missing Sample Identification
When an order is missing part of the sample the issue displayed on the Patient Profile Summary will now display which sample is missing.
Easier to Schedule Clinical Consults
Users can now schedule clinical consults directly from the Patient Profile, without entering the accession ID.

Download Consolidated Statements
The Statements tab now allows Providers or Practice Admins to export all order statements for any duration of time in PDF format or a CSV file for import into other systems, such as an EHR or bookkeeping software. Practice Admins may export order statements for all or select providers using the filters. Consolidated patient statements can be downloaded for any duration of time for any number of patients.
