Orders
Place Ship-To-Patient Orders Without an Address
Regardless of the payment method, providers can place orders that include ship-to-patient kits without entering a patient's address. Forms will be emailed to patients, and they will be required to enter the missing information to complete the order.
A warning will pop up if a ship-to-patient order is placed without an address. Users can turn off this courtesy pop-up using the express checkout setting. This setting only turns off the courtesy pop-up. Providers will still be able to place ship-to-patient orders without a patient address.

Shape the Future of Our Technology by Giving Feedback in the Portal
Users are encouraged to give feedback in the portal. Users can submit original feedback, or engage with existing feedback by leaving a comment or upvoting posts. Feedback is separated into different boards to reflect feedback from different areas across the Vibrant experience.
Each board has different categories to allow users to further filter feedback. When browsing existing feedback on each board, users can filter by category.

Patients
View Remaining Patient Statement Balance on the Order Info Tab
In the Patient Lab Profile, providers can now see the remaining statement balance in the Order Info tab. Users can select the Balance Due to view the full payment details, which include the payment type, payment method, service date, payment date, amount paid, order total, and remaining balance.

View Hormone Questionnaire Status
Users can now view the status of Hormone Questionnaires from the Patient Lab Profile.
Food One-Click Report(Formerly Customized Report) Now Hidden Unless Viewable
The Food One-Click report (formerly Customized Report) will now be hidden from view if this type of report cannot be generated. This report option will only be visible if multiple food Zoomers or food sensitivity tests are included in the order.
