New Features

Place Ship-To-Patient Orders Without an Address

Regardless of the payment method, providers can place orders that include ship-to-patient kits without entering a patient's address. Forms will be emailed to patients, who must enter the missing information to complete the order.

A warning will appear if a ship-to-patient order is placed without an address. Users can turn off this courtesy pop-up using the express checkout setting. This setting only turns off the courtesy pop-up. Providers will still be able to place ship-to-patient orders without a patient address.

Easily Enter Patient Address Details When Required to Place Orders

To comply with regulations, patients' state of residence is required to place Patient Pay orders. When Patient Pay is chosen as the payment method for a patient without an address, a pop-up allows the patient's address to be entered quickly. Providers can allow patients to complete address details later by entering only the patient's resident state to continue the order process.

Access the Personalized Reports Module From the "New Report" Button

Users can now access the new Personalized Reports module by selecting the New Report status in the Patients tab. Users are encouraged to provide feedback on the new reports as we prepare to retire the legacy reports.

More Control Over Members In Your Practice

In the Members In Your Practice section, Practice Admins can now see the following statuses for providers who have been added without an NPI number:

  1. Invite Sent (Invitations expire in 15 days and must be re-invited)

  2. Account Created: The provider has accepted the invitation and has successfully created a portal account.

Practice Admins can see the following for providers who have been added with an NPI number:

  1. Account Pending: Orders can be placed on behalf of this provider by a Practice Admin because their NPI was entered by a Practice Admin when invited, but they have not yet accepted the invitation to the practice and created an account from the email invitation. (Does not expire)

  2. Account Created: The provider has accepted the invitation and successfully created a portal account.

View Itemized Charges in the Order Total Module

On the Order Info section of the Patient Lab Profile, users can now select the Order Total to view an itemized list of all charges for the order.

General Updates

Download Report Without Opening the Personalized Reports Viewer

Users can download PDF reports or zip files directly from the Personalized Reports pop-up module without opening the reports viewer.

View EDR(Estimated Date of Report) For Each Test in the Personalized Reports Module

The new Personalized Reports module now provides EDR dates by test so users can plan for preliminary reports. The EDR shown in the Patients Tab will be the first preliminary report available.

Download Individual Receipts in the Statements Tab

In the statements tab, users can now generate individual sample-level receipts that identify tests ordered. These receipts are for personal patient records and are not intended for insurance reimbursement purposes.

Users are encouraged to provide feedback on the portal. Users can submit original feedback or engage with existing feedback by leaving comments or upvoting posts. Feedback is separated into different boards to reflect feedback from different areas across the Vibrant experience.

Each board has different categories to allow users to further filter feedback. When browsing existing feedback on each board, users can filter by category.

  • FIXED: Clinical consults could not be scheduled for Blood Heavy Metals

  • FIXED: Refunds failing when order was cancelled

  • FIXED: Practice name not displaying properly

  • FIXED: FedEx pickup prevented due to missing state field

  • FIXED: Order redraw time was missing in Patient Lab Profile
