Express Checkout is no longer enabled by default. To enable Express Checkout, users must use the Express Checkout toggle in General Preferences. There will no longer be a warning message for any users during checkout when placing an order with missing required information to reduce interruptions.
The updated FedEx Pickup feature in the Patient Navigation System and patient emails enables patients to self-schedule pickups through an enhanced user interface. Simplifying the patient return process can reduce delays in sample returns and mitigate TNP (Test Not Processed) issues related to sample viability by reducing overall transit times. The system also provides tracking and management tools for both current and past pickup appointments, creating a more streamlined experience for patients.
The updated interface for the 3-for-$700 and 5-for-$1,000 test bundles simplifies deal selection. Users can view test prices and total savings and receive alerts when a better deal is available. These improvements ensure clear visibility into pricing and discounts to optimize savings.
Providers can now enable the Blood Concierge Service option for eligible patients in their product settings. When enabled, patients in eligible areas will have the option to add the concierge service during checkout. This service streamlines the blood draw process by allowing patients to select three preferred times and specify their collection location, including the comfort of their homes. We coordinate the appointment and send a confirmation, eliminating the need for patients to contact multiple draw sites. Patients are also provided with a flat, transparent fee during checkout, so they know exactly how much they will pay with no surprise costs. Currently, coverage areas include Texas, California, and Florida, with additional locations coming soon.
Providers can customize the “Any 3 At-Home” or “Any 5 At-Home” lab bundle templates to limit the test choices available to patients when ordering from their Well ProZ shop. After adding the bundle product to their shop, providers can edit the bundles and deselect specific tests they do not want patients to order. This option also allows providers to omit tests they do not feel comfortable consulting on, ensuring they can offer bundles that align with their expertise. A minimum of 3 tests are required in the template.
Providers can now control report visibility on the tracking page to consult with patients before they view their results. In the Well ProZ Account Settings, under Order Settings, users can toggle the “Report Visibility” setting to “Off” to hide ready reports from patients. This allows providers to review and discuss results with patients first.
