New button in Patients Tab allows users to create new patients outside of order generation.
Users can now import a patient list by selecting “Add Patient by Batch” from the Add New Patient Button in the Patients Tab.
Practice Admins can now easily invite new providers to the practice, remove providers, set a default provider, or give providers admin privileges in the “Providers in Your Practice” section.
Customizable by category, Practice Admins can now create default setting and preference selections on both practice and personal levels. Practice admins can force apply practice settings to provider accounts in their practice or give providers the choice to opt-in to practice settings.
Now viewable in the “Issues” tab of the Updates Section, providers can easily identify patients with incomplete questionnaires.
New “Notify Patient When” Notification Preference allows providers to automatically remind patients to complete their questionnaire by setting a custom interval for recurring patient reminder emails. Available on both practice and provider level.
For orders that require a questionnaire, providers can now view the status of the questionnaire and open the questionnaire link to resend manually or fill out for patients during their visit from the Test Report Tab in the Complete Patient Profile.
Providers can now be notified at a future date from when the order was placed if the patient has not completed their payment.
All reports with a Pending Report Status will now display the estimated date of report with the status indicator on the Patient Profile Summary in the Patients Tab.
When a Vibrant highlight is selected that is only eligible for at home tests, a new pop-up allows users to easily identify the promotional criteria and switch to the At Home Test Menu to satisfy promotion criteria.
1. Hormone questionnaire can now be completed directly in the email sent to patients
2. When viewing the “Sample” section in the Statements Tab, users can now select the accession ID to view the Complete Patient Profile
3. Users can now search for statements using only the last 6 digits of the Transaction ID in the statements tab for easier search
4. Apple Pay and Google Pay are now accepted for patient pay later orders
1. Practice Admins can now filter “Updates” by Provider Name and “Statements” by multiple providers
2. Schedule Clinical Consult email now includes time zone
3. Users can now sort “Statements” by count when viewing statements by test type to easily see their most ordered tests
4. Regulatory warning will now pop up when selecting “Provider Office Bill” if the user does not have a state entered in the “Contact Info” section of their Profile Control Panel, or if they have selected the following states: NY, NJ, RI
